Epson release worlds fastest inkjet printer?
In the States, Epson have unveiled the C120 inkjet printer. They quote print speeds of 37 page-per-minute speeds for black, and 20 ppm for color printing in draft mode, but apparently are only comparing this to printers under about £100. The indicative price in the US is $89.99 so should hit the shops here for around Fifty quid I’d guess.
The printer uses Epsons individual inkjet cartridges, so should provide reasonable running costs. Printing at these speeds the printer will drop nicely into many small business’ who need quick print, but can’t justify buying a laser printer.
When this becomes available over here it will definitely go onto our recommended list.
